Please review the following policies carefully before completing your enrollment. By registering with Bronston Canadian Academy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms set out below.
Bronston Canadian Academy does not issue refunds. Within hours of registration, our administrative team begins the enrollment process — verifying student details, provisioning Canvas accounts, and preparing course materials. These costs are incurred by Bronston as soon as enrollment is initiated. Even if the student chooses not to begin the course, the enrollment work performed in our office will already be complete.
Course transfers are possible in certain circumstances. To find out whether you qualify, please contact our admissions team.
There is no fixed schedule for enrolling in Bronston virtual courses, and there are no fixed assignment due dates. Once registration is complete, students may begin their course or courses within 48 hours and progress entirely at their own pace.
Each course must be completed within 12 months from the date of enrollment. Enrollments that remain incomplete after 12 months will be cancelled automatically.
For high school enrollments, every request is reviewed before being finalised. Bronston may contact the student or guardian for additional information in order to determine the appropriate grade level.
Bronston reserves the right to decline any enrollment at our sole discretion. Where this occurs, a full refund will be issued immediately. Ensuring a smooth and successful experience for every student is a priority for us.
Bronston communicates directly with the parents or legal guardians of any student under the age of 18.
Bronston will communicate with a student’s home school whenever such communication is required.
Certain information — such as the student’s name and email address — is shared with third-party organisations such as Canvas LMS solely for the purpose of delivering educational content and providing student access to that content. By accessing the websites or platforms of any third-party organisation through the Bronston website or learning management system, the student and their parent or guardian agree to abide by that organisation’s policies and procedures.
Bronston Canadian Academy reserves the right to develop, manage, and update its policies at any time. Continued use of any Bronston virtual or live course indicates that the student, parents, and/or guardians accept these policies as currently published.
