Download the official 2026 BCA Student Application Form. Complete it digitally — your typed name is accepted as a signature.
Prepare your academic transcripts, photo ID, and any other required documents. All materials must be in English or translated by a certified translator.
Email your completed application form and all supporting documents to info@bronston.ca. Our admissions team typically responds within 3–5 business days.
Once accepted, you'll receive a Letter of Acceptance. Confirm your place with a minimum 50% deposit — paid by wire transfer, bank draft, or certified cheque.
The BCA Application Form is three pages. Here is an overview of each section so you can prepare everything before you start filling it in.
Basic personal information about the applicant.
Details about the student's current school and grade level. Attach the most recent certified transcripts from the previous two years, translated into English.
The grade level and start term the student is applying for, along with specific course needs and academic goals.
Contact details for both parents/guardians, emergency contact designation, and any accompanying family member traveling to Canada.
An up-to-date immunization record is required by the Public Health Department. Disclose any allergies, conditions, or learning needs so appropriate support can be arranged.
If applying through an agent, complete the agency information and authorization. All forms require signed agreement to the Payment, Deferral, and Refund policies.
Select the grade and intake term that fits your goals. Students may also request specific Ontario courses toward their OSSD credit count.
Make sure all of the following are ready before submitting your application. Incomplete packages will delay processing.

Original or certified copies from the past two years of study, bearing the notarized seal of the issuing institution. Must be translated into English.
A valid passport or national identity card for the student applicant.
A copy of at least one parent or guardian's identification for the family information section.
An up-to-date immunization record as required by the Public Health Department. BCA will send a specific requirements form to accepted students.
Indicate your service requirements on your application form. BCA coordinates the following services for enrolled students.
BCA can arrange custodianship for international students under 18 who require a local guardian while studying in Canada.
Let us know your arrival details and our team will arrange transportation from the airport to your accommodation on arrival day.
Health insurance is provided to all enrolled students and is included in the school fees. No separate enrollment is required.
Choose BCA-arranged residence (with meals available) or indicate personal accommodation. Options are listed in the application form.
You may qualify for our international student loan program. We provide special financial assistance that allows students to complete their programs on a deferred payment plan system — making a Canadian education accessible regardless of financial timing.
